Bradford S. Eidam, Lawyer

Brad Eidam has been a practicing lawyer in Boise since graduating the University of Idaho Law School in 1982.  He is a past president of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and has been certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law since 1998.  Mr. Eidam is rated AV (Preeminent), the highest rating possible, by his peers as reported in Martindale-Hubbell, the well-known lawyer rating service.  He is active in the Idaho Bar Association, having served as a representative of injured workers on the Workers’ Compensation Section Council, as a past Council Chairman, Seminar Chair and general Council member.

After graduating law school Mr. Eidam worked for a couple of small law firms until he opened his own office in 1993.  For over 20 years Mr. Eidam has represented injured workers in workers’ compensation claims and persons injured due to the unreasonable actions of another.  He finds satisfaction in assisting real people in asserting their claims against insurance companies.

 

Brad was raised in Boise and has two children.  He enjoys hiking in Idaho’s mountains, snow skiing and golfing, and is an avid reader.  Every day should include an outdoor activity.

Christine Pierce, Legal Assistant

Christine joined the firm as a legal assistant in January 2016.  She has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field.  Her professional career as a legal assistant includes working for both large and small law firms, including Barker, Rosholt & Simpson, LLP, and Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP. 

Christine was born, raised, and educated in Boise, Idaho.  She is the proud mother of three adult children and enjoys time with her family.  Her other interests include working out, live music, reading a good book or catching the latest movie.
